Política de privacidad
Vinora es una app para Android que muestra la música que está sonando en tu móvil como un aparato animado (tocadiscos, casete, CD…). Está pensada para que nada tuyo salga del móvil salvo lo imprescindible, y aquí se cuenta exactamente qué.

Sin cuenta
Vinora no tiene registro ni inicio de sesión. No recoge tu nombre, correo, ubicación, contactos ni identificadores publicitarios. No usa herramientas de analítica ni de seguimiento y no muestra anuncios.
Qué lee en el móvil
- Acceso a notificaciones. Es el único modo que da Android para saber qué suena. Vinora lo usa para leer la sesión de música del reproductor: título, artista, álbum, carátula, posición y estado de reproducción. No lee el contenido de ninguna notificación ni de otras apps.
- Historial de escuchas. Si lo tienes activado (Ajustes › Historial), guarda en el propio móvil qué ha sonado y una copia pequeña de la carátula, para la Estantería y el Recibo semanal. Puedes borrarlo o desactivarlo cuando quieras. Nunca se sube a ningún sitio.
- Sensores. El acelerómetro, solo para detectar que has volteado el móvil (Cara B). No se guarda nada.
Qué sale del móvil
- Letras. Para mostrar la letra se envían el título, el artista y la duración de la pista a LRCLIB, un servicio abierto. No se envía nada que te identifique. La letra recibida se guarda en el móvil para no volver a pedirla.
- Tempo (BPM). Solo si activas «Medidores al BPM real», se consulta el título y el artista a la API pública de Deezer para obtener el tempo. Apagado por defecto.
- Buzón de sugerencias. Si envías una sugerencia desde la app, se guarda en una base de datos (Firebase Firestore, servidores en la Unión Europea) el texto que escribes, el contacto que decidas dejar (opcional), la fecha, la versión de la app, el estilo activo y el idioma. Se usa únicamente para leer y responder sugerencias.
Nada más. Vinora no se conecta a ningún otro servicio.
Permisos
- Acceso a notificaciones (ver arriba). Se puede revocar en Ajustes de Android en cualquier momento; la app sigue funcionando, sin mostrar lo que suena.
- Notificaciones, para la tarjeta «ahora suena», opcional.
- Fondo de pantalla animado, si decides establecerlo.
- Internet, para letras, tempo y el buzón, como se describe arriba.
Conservación y borrado
Todo lo que Vinora guarda vive en tu móvil y desaparece al desinstalar la app o al usar «Borrar historial» y «Restablecer los ajustes». Las sugerencias enviadas se conservan mientras sean útiles para mejorar la app; puedes pedir que se borren escribiendo al contacto de arriba.
Menores
Vinora no está dirigida a menores de 13 años y no recoge datos personales de nadie de forma consciente.
Cambios
Si esta política cambia, se actualizará esta página y la fecha de arriba.

Privacy policy
Vinora is an Android app that shows the music playing on your phone as an animated machine (turntable, cassette, CD…). It is built so that nothing of yours leaves the phone beyond the essentials, and this page says exactly what those are.

No account
Vinora has no sign-up or login. It does not collect your name, email, location, contacts or advertising identifiers. It uses no analytics or tracking tools and shows no ads.
What it reads on the phone
- Notification access. It is the only way Android offers to know what is playing. Vinora uses it to read the player's media session: title, artist, album, artwork, position and playback state. It does not read the content of any notification or of other apps.
- Listening history. If enabled (Settings › History), it stores on the phone itself what has played and a small copy of the artwork, for the Shelf and the weekly Receipt. You can delete it or turn it off any time. It is never uploaded anywhere.
- Sensors. The accelerometer, only to detect that you flipped the phone (Side B). Nothing is stored.
What leaves the phone
- Lyrics. To show lyrics, the track's title, artist and duration are sent to LRCLIB, an open service. Nothing that identifies you is sent. The lyrics received are cached on the phone.
- Tempo (BPM). Only if you enable "Meters at real BPM", the title and artist are looked up on Deezer's public API to get the tempo. Off by default.
- Suggestion box. If you send a suggestion from the app, the text you write, the contact you choose to leave (optional), the date, the app version, the active style and the language are stored in a database (Firebase Firestore, servers in the European Union). It is used only to read and answer suggestions.
Nothing else. Vinora connects to no other service.
Permissions
- Notification access (see above). It can be revoked in Android Settings at any time; the app keeps working, without showing what is playing.
- Notifications, for the optional "now playing" card.
- Live wallpaper, if you choose to set it.
- Internet, for lyrics, tempo and the suggestion box, as described above.
Retention and deletion
Everything Vinora stores lives on your phone and goes away when you uninstall the app or use "Clear history" and "Reset settings". Suggestions are kept while they are useful to improve the app; you can ask for them to be deleted by writing to the contact above.
Children
Vinora is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone.

If this policy changes, this page and the date above will be updated.
